Do I need a promo code or coupon?

No. The discount applies automatically to the first reservation on a new account or a new mobile number. You will see it itemized on your confirmation and receipt.

Does the 10% apply to round trips?

Yes. One way or round trip both qualify, and on a round trip the discount applies to the whole booking.

Is the offer only for the first reservation?

Yes — it is a one-time welcome discount on your very first reservation. After that you earn 5% back in loyalty credits on every completed trip, and 15% off two trips for each friend you refer.

Can I use the discount on an LAX airport transfer?

Yes. LAX, Burbank, John Wayne, Long Beach and Ontario airport transfers all qualify, including meet & greet service and flight tracking.

Do I have to download the app to get the discount?

No — booking on the website qualifies too. The app is simply faster: saved addresses, one-tap rebooking, your chauffeur's live ETA and your loyalty credit balance in one place.

Can the 10% be combined with a referral code?

You always get the better of the two. If a friend's share code is on your account, the 15% referral discount is applied instead of the 10% welcome discount.

Is a credit card required to book?

Yes, a card on file confirms the reservation. Your discounted flat rate is shown before you confirm, and cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup.
