What is trip allowance loyalty credit?
Every completed trip earns 5% of the fare back as loyalty credit in your account. The balance never expires, rolls over month to month, and you choose when to spend it — on your next ride or after it has built up.
Do loyalty credits expire or reset each month?
No. Trip allowance loyalty credits have no expiration date and roll over indefinitely. You decide when to apply them, and you can apply part of the balance instead of all of it.
How many people can I refer?
There is no cap on referrals. Each friend who signs up with your code and completes their first booking unlocks another round of 15% off for you.
Can I combine a referral discount with loyalty credit?
Yes. The 15% referral discount comes off the fare first, and any loyalty credit you choose to spend is applied after that, so both benefits land on the same reservation.
How do I join the rewards program?
It is free and automatic with a passenger account. Sign in to the passenger app with your mobile number, open Rewards, and you will see your referral code, your loyalty credit balance and your full rewards history.
